Terms of Use
These Terms apply to all games and apps published by Vortex Studios (the "Apps"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you download from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Apps on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content, including games, art, music, code, names and logos, belongs to Vortex Studios or its licensors.
2. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, hack, modify or reverse-engineer the Apps, or use bots, exploits or unauthorised third-party software;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive, hateful or misleading player names;
- upload photos or content that you do not have the right to use, or that are illegal, sexual, violent or hateful;
- disrupt our servers or other players' games.
We may suspend or remove access, reset progress or remove content if these rules are broken.
3. Virtual items and in-app purchases
Coins, gems, boosters, skins and other virtual items have no real-money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred, except where the App allows it. We only license virtual items to you; you do not own them. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds follow their refund policies. If you are an EU consumer, you agree that digital content is delivered right away, and you acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery starts. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. Ads
The Apps are free to play and funded by ads. Some ads offer optional rewards. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
5. AI-generated content
AI Selfie Puzzle uses artificial intelligence to transform photos. Results can be unexpected or inaccurate and are meant only for fun. You remain responsible for the photos you upload and share.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop any App or feature, including online and multiplayer services, at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice where possible.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Apps are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or progress, or interruptions of service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch or EU consumer law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
